- .Mac update... Sync multiple macs, new control panel.
- Dev watch: Core Image, Core Video crunch numbers with the GPU instead of the CPU. Used in the lastest version of Motion.
- Safari will have new features, including RSS, Jobs must not know about NetNewsWire.
- MPEG h264 (not a shocker)
- System Prefs now use Spotlight instead of top menu bar.
- One of the best: better searching. Spotlight is iTunes like searching for the whole computer. Full indexes, even for PDFs. System wide, search from anywhere.
- Over 150 new features
- Fully 64-bit
- Tiger will ship in first half of 2005
- New 20" display in same design, $1,299.
- New 30" display, biggest ever. 2560 x 1600. Same design as the other new displays today. FireWire and USB, 4 megapixels. Needs PowerMac, 2 DVI connections to run (card costs $600). $3,299.
- New 23" display, all aluminum, like the ThinkSecret mock ups. ADC is gone from the displays.
- The online Apple Store just went down--we have new stuff coming.
- 3,500 developers at WWDC, 17% more than last year
